Our flat rate shipping within Australia are: 

  • $2 for greeting cards and $8 for bulk card purchase equal and above $20
  • $10 for prints and other gifts (via Australia Post register post with tracking) 
  • Free shipping for orders over $80
  • Express shipping is available during checkout with a small extra charge

Our flat rate shipping for International orders are: 

  • $5 for greeting cards and $10 for bundle of 4 cards and $20 for bulk cards
  • $20 for prints and other gifts 
  • Free shipping for orders over $150

  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-10 business days
  • North America: 8-15 business days
  • Europe: 8-15 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 6-12 business days
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 10-20 business days
  • North Africa and the Middle East: 10-20 business days
  • Sub-Saharan Africa: 10-20 business days

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

We use Australia Post for shipping all orders.

Domestic Orders - tracking service is included for any order value equal and above $20

International Orders - tracking service is not included in the standard shipping cost

--- Refunds, returns & exchanges ---

We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

We don't accept cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

--- Additional Returns & Exchanges Policy ---

If purchased items are damaged during transit, please send us clear photos of the damaged items. If the damage is legitimate, We're happy to give you a full refund or exchange of those damaged items.

If the buyer changes mind after an item is shipped, the buyer bears all postage costs. The prints need to be returned in the original unopened clear packaging for full refund (excluding postage paid).

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
