Terms and Conditions for Afterschool Art Workshop

1. Enrolment & Fees
- Our 10-week after-school art workshop begins with a free trial class in the first week – no obligation. If you decide not to continue after the trial, we’re happy to provide a full refund.
- Enrolment is confirmed once full payment has been received.

Fees are non-refundable, except in cases of extended illness or compassionate circumstances (supporting documentation may be required).
2. Attendance & Supervision
- Children are expected to walk directly to the designated classroom on their own after the school bell at 3:05 PM or dropped off by a parent/OOSH educator.
- The program is run by a qualified instructor holding a current Working With Children Check.
- Children must be picked up promptly by 4:45 PM. A late collection fee applies if a child remains after this time.
- Parents/guardians must ensure clear arrangements for pick-up and drop-off.
3. Safety & Conduct
- We are committed to creating a welcoming and respectful learning environment.
- Children are expected to follow instructions and treat others with kindness and care.
- Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in the student being withdrawn from the program without a refund.
- Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs at the time of enrolment so we can discuss appropriate support plans.
4. Materials & Artwork
- All necessary materials are provided.
- Students may take home completed artwork unless otherwise noted for display or exhibition purposes.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- If the workshop is canceled due to illness of the instructor or unforeseen events, a full refund or credit will be offered.
- In cases of student non-attendance due to illness, a make-up credit may be provided upon request.
- Refunds for missed sessions will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and at the organiser's discretion.
6. Liability
- While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and secure environment, the organiser and school are not responsible for accidental injury or loss of personal belongings.
- Parents and guardians accept responsibility for ensuring their child is physically and emotionally able to participate.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Photography & Media
- Photos of students engaging in creative activities or their artwork may be used in promotional material, unless a parent/guardian opts out in writing.
- No front-facing photos of children will be published or shared without the explicit, written consent of a parent or guardian.
By completing your child’s enrolment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
